Spacious, comfortable and cozy 5 star apartment with the morning and afternoon sun on the balcony. Suitable for up to 2 people, non-smoking and pet-free. The front door is on the first floor of the complex, which is accessible via a generous spiral staircase. Wireless internet is available in the apartment for free. For weekly rentals, the changeover days are on Friday.

The total apartment covers approximately 65 m2 and is equipped with a bathroom with sink, bath and shower cabin. The bedroom has two single beds including duvet. The apartment has an open kitchen, equipped with all modern conveniences. In the hallway is the separate toilet including sink and mirror. The multimedia corner has an LCD TV, CD player and stereo system. There is a garden table with garden chairs on the covered balcony.

 Around the complex are bike racks and there is a large car park at the back. You can charge electric bicycles in 2 places. In the lounge there is an information board and there are two bookcases from which you can borrow books from Ostrea for free.
