Spacious, comfortable and cosy apartment with the afternoon or evening sun on the terrace. It's a single story apartment, situated on the ground floor and covers approximately 65 square meters. It can accommodate up to two people and a baby. The floor is covered with Vinyl and smoking and pets are not allowed. During high season only weekly rental is possible from Friday till Friday.

There is a separate toilet, a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bathroom has a separate shower, a bath and a washbasin. The bedroom has two single beds, including duvet. In the living room there's a dining area, a sofa with two chairs, a coffee table and a cabinet for television, stereo and books. The open kitchen is equipped with all the modern conveniences like a microwave, ceramic hob, grill-oven and a dishwasher. In the partly covered terrace is a garden table with four chairs. Free WiFi with password is available.

At various places around the complex bicycles can be parked in designated spots. Behind the complex is a large parking area. In the lounge there is an information board and there are two bookshelves where you can borrow books from Ostrea for free.
