The total apartment covers approximately 65 square meters and is carpeted. There is a separate toilet, a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bathroom is a bathtub, a sink, a shower and a toilet. The bedroom has two single beds, including duvet. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences. Near the reception at the main entrance of the building is a launderette. Washing powder, coins for washer and dryer and internet tickets are available at the reception. At various places around the complex bicycles can be parked in designated spots. At the back of the complex is a large parking. Wi-Fi is available in the lounge.
