Spacious, comfortable and cozy 5 star apartment in the form of a maisonette with afternoon and evening sun on the balcony. Suitable for up to 2 or 4 people. The front door is on the first floor of the complex, which is accessible via a spiral staircase. The apartment has free wireless internet (WiFi) via a password. For weekly rentals in the high season, the changeover days are on Saturday.

The total apartment covers approximately 65/85 square meters and has a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, a bath and a sink.

The bedrooms have two single beds including duvet. There is also a separate toilet on the sleeping floor and the living floor is accessible via a wooden open staircase. There is an open kitchen with all modern conveniences, such as an oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and ceramic hob.

The living room has a sofa, dining area and multimedia corner. The balcony is accessible from the living room.

The launderette is next to the lounge at the main entrance of the complex. Washing powder and tokens for the washing machine and dryer are available at Ostrea.

There are bicycle racks around the complex and you can charge electric bicycles at two places near the complex. At the back of the complex is a large parking lot with 1 disabled parking space.

At the main entrance at the front of the complex there are two parking spaces for disabled people, a small parking lot and a small alternative for cars when busy.

In the lounge there is an information board and there are two bookcases from which you can borrow books from Ostrea for free.

Outside the high season and the holidays, this 3-room apartment is also rented out as a 2-room apartment with 1 bedroom less.
