The front door is on the first floor of the complex, which is accessible via a spiral staircase. Free wireless LAN is present. During high season only weekly rental is possible from Saturday till Saturday.

The total apartment covers approximately 85 square meters and has a separate bathroom containing a shower, a bathtub and a sink. Each bedroom has two single beds including duvet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a separate toilet and a bathroom. The second floor is accessible through an open wooden staircase with a living room and an open kitchen containing all modern conveniences like a microwave, fridge, refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. There's a sofa, dining corner and multimedia corner in the living room. The balcony is accessible from the living room

At various places around the complex bicycles can be parked in designated spots. Behind the complex is a large parking area.
