Spacious, comfortable and cozy apartment with the morning, afternoon and evening sun on the roof terrace. Suitable for up to 5 people and ideal for 1 or 2 couples or for a family. The apartment is on the second floor, is on the ground floor and accessible via a lift. For weekly rentals in the high season, the changeover days are on Saturday.

The apartment covers approximately 85m2 and is carpeted and vinyl. There is a separate toilet, living room, open kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms that are accessible from the hallway. The bathroom has a bath, sink and shower. Both bedrooms have two single beds including duvet and there is an extra space for a possible 5th person. The kitchen is equipped with all modern conveniences, including a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, a blue Ray player and a safe. There is a garden set on the 50 square meter roof terrace.

The launderette is next to the lounge at the main entrance of the complex. Washing powder and tokens for the washing machine and dryer are available at Ostrea. Around the complex are bike racks and there is a large car park at the back. In the lounge there is an information board and there are two bookcases from which you can borrow books from Ostrea for free.
